54 AWG wire? No problem. Wire smaller than human hair is our specialty. Singles, coax, twisted pairs, you name it.
3 assemblies or 3,000 - we will build it.
We can solder to just about anything - typically to an FPC or other board, but direct sensor termination or even board 'bodges' are all possible.
If you would prefer to keep soldering inhouse, we can strip and tin coax either individually or as a ribbon for easy handling.
